3M™ VHB™ Tape 4951 is utilized with a low-temperature adhesive that can be bonded at 32°F (0°C). 3M™ VHB™ Tape 4951 uses firm foam. It can be used on a variety of substrates including metals, glass and high surface energy (HSE) paints and plastics. Applications for this tape include stiffeners, panels, trim materials, and decorative attachments.
